ABOUT PAULA
Paula Margot is a Master Stylist, Eufora Educator, and Certified Joy Facilitator devoted to bringing joy, presence, and purpose back to the beauty industry. With years of experience behind the chair and on education stages, Paula understands both the creativity the industry demands and the emotional toll it can quietly take on those who care deeply about their work.
After witnessing — and personally experiencing — burnout, overwhelm, and disconnection among stylists and educators, Paula realized the industry didn’t need more pressure or perfection. It needed more presence, self-awareness, and joy. Burnout wasn’t a personal failure — it was a shared, systemic experience that required a different approach.
Seeking a more sustainable path, Paula studied The Joy Method™ with Jillian Schecher and became a Certified Joy Facilitator. Through this work, she gained practical, embodied tools that support emotional regulation, boundaries, clarity, and creative resilience.
Paula now integrates The Joy Method™ into her background in counselling and social work, as well as into her workshops, mentorship, and salon-based programs. Through The Joyful Stylist™, she supports beauty professionals and salon teams in creating careers and cultures that feel aligned, abundant, and emotionally sustainable — rooted in joy, not burnout.
